Seeing the red mist


A client of ours has just put together his own motorsport team, with a range of vehicles including several race-prepped MX-5s and an Ariel Atom 3 300.

Following a tight brief, we proposed a range of names for the outfit – and very soon after, Red Rascal Motorsport was born. With a nod of the helmet towards the 1970s Hanna Barbera cartoon series Wacky Races, the team is now properly branded and ready to roll onto the grid.

The MX-5 races are fiercely contested, with up to 45 cars swarming around the circuit at once, so there will be plenty of shunts, dents and grazes. We'll be going along to a few testing and race days to 'help out'.
